The Inverell Tennis Club have hosted an incredible weekend of tennis with the best young talent in country NSW competing in the 2026 Northern Foundation Champion of Champions tournament.
The Champion of Champions tournament is a fantastic opportunity for our region’s junior players to showcase their skills, compete against some of the best young talent in country NSW, and enjoy the wonderful friendships and sportsmanship that tennis brings.
117 players from around NSW including Port Macquaire, Yamba, Coffs Harbour, Ballina, Tamworth and Gunnedah competed in boys and girl’s events from under 10s through to Under 16s over the 2 days.
Local tennis enthusiast Jean O’Brien was acknowledged for her remarkable 46 years of service as Club Treasurer.
