The Sapphire City Motor Sports Club will be holding a Charity Poker Run on Sunday as they raise funds for local cancer charity ‘Helping Out a Mate’.
The Poker Run will consist of around 115km of total travel with 5 stops to collect cards making a poker hand, with participants in with a chance to win cash as well as other prizes.
Cost for the event is $25 per person and $5 for children and includes a BBQ lunch at the Sporties, a donation and a contribution to the prize pool.
Registration and 1st card drawn starts at 8am on Sunday 24th in the bottom carpark of the Sporties for a 9am departure and returning by 12.30pm, with more information on the event available by heading to the Sapphire City Motor Sports Club Facebook page.
