Hamish McDonald has taken the reigns of the Inverell Chamber of Commerce and Industry and been appointed the new President following the departure of former President Jackie Watts.
Mr MacDonald, who was recently been appointed the new President of the Inverell Regional Livestock Exchange, brings a wealth of experience and a strong vision for the Chamber’s future.
Joining the fresh and dynamic leadership is former Chamber President Georgie King as Vice President, Tracey Oppy is the Treasurer, Cherie Duffy and Jenny Thomas fill the Secretary and Assistant Secretary positions, Kylie Wilks was appointed as the Publicity officer while Laura Cush remains as the Membership Engagement Officer.
Mr McDonald says they’re looking to build on the great work of past leaders and refocus on their efforts to ensure the Chamber remains a strong voice for local businesses
