The annual Multicultural Festival, held in conjunction with the finish of the Grafton to Inverell has once again been hailed a success.
The day is a day for people to come and help celebrate the many and varied cultures that have chosen to call Inverell home.
Eight stalls of international gourmet food including Argentina, Philippines, American, Asia, Nepal and Australia
Inverell Shire Mayor Kate Dight says there was a fantastic crowd who enjoyed the cultural atmosphere and to socialise with members of the community they may not see on a regular basis.
Mayor Dight says they’ve received positive feedback from Saturday’s event with planning now looking towards the 2026 Multicultural Festival.
