The Bundarra Rural Fire brigade’s future is under a cloud as it desperately seeks new members to join the organisation.
The New England Zone Rural Fire Service is holding a community meeting next month to discuss how community members in Bundarra can help save the Bundarra Rural Fire Brigade.
The Community meeting will focus on why membership numbers are decreasing and the impact that has on protecting the community, how the community can support the brigade, and how individuals can become part of the solution.
The RFS state without dedicated and active members, the Bundarra brigades future is at risk which would impact Bundarra itself as well as surrounding areas.
The meeting will take place on Saturday April 5th at the Bundarra School of the Arts from 10am
