A fundraiser that took place in Bundarra last Saturday has raised $4690 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
Mitch and Tanya Orchard, who’ll be taking part in the Drovers Run in August for the Service, staged a big Auction Day at the Commercial Hotel as they strived to raise funds to be part of the Adventure.
Tanya thanked all the local businesses coming to the party with various items that were auctioned off on Saturday
Tanya & Mitch will commence the Drover Run on August 2nd, leaving from Cobar and heading to Innamincka, Birdsville, Winton and Longreach before heading to Charleville, Dirranbandi, the Pally Pub and finishing in Tamworth.
She says she’s thoroughly looking forward to the Drover’s Run.
