The Inverell Squash Club had their inaugural Annual General Meeting last night and have officially formed a committee.
Club founder Louis Ramos has taken up the position of President, while Mark Luxford has assumed the role of Secretary and Leteisha Hope as the club’s Treasurer, while 4 other members have taken up the position on the General Committee.
Mr Ramos says this is a better than expected result for the newly formed committee and has offered his congratulations to all participating members.
He says with the weather now starting to warm up, he is looking forward to growing the club with more playing members and has big plans for the future of the club.
The first official committee meeting will take place in the coming weeks at a date to be determined.
