The Warialda Jockey Club has received 61 acceptances for tomorrow’s Mick Farrell Memorial Warialda Cup meeting.
Inverell trainers dominate the Cup with four runners – Todd Payne’s Sensational Reward, Wayne Oakenfull’s Zaidin and Ridge Wilson’s Puzzle Designer and Jakat as well as the 1st emergency Waydie.
Waydie has also been nominated for the benchmark 50 Hcp if he doesn’t get a run in the Cup.
Club officials are hoping for better luck tomorrow as they’ve only raced once in the past 5 years with Covid and wet weather conditions cancelling recent events.
The last Warialda Cup was run in 2022 which was won by the Michelle Fleming trained Manabar.
