The Inverell Saints AFL Club have handed over a cheque for $5,000 to the Inverell Prostrate Cancer Support Group following their annual Golf Day on Saturday.
Club President Jaimie Pay says it was a fantastic day on the green and they truly appreciate the support from all their players, sponsors and volunteers who helped make the day such a success.
The winning team of Darren Pithers, Ben Hosking, Todd Payne and son Beau picked up a cheque for $2000.
Inverell Prostrate Cancer Support Group President Kerry White thanked the Saints for running the day and raising much needed support for local men in the district going through a cancer journey.
