Inverell Regional Livestock Exchange has new leadership following the announcement of Hamish McDonald as the new Business Manager and Dwayne Dixon as the Assistant Manager.
The move comes after Regional Livestock Exchange promoted current Inverell site manager Michelle Mair to a regional health and safety role with Ms Mair and Mr McDonald conducting a 4 week transition.
Mr McDonald comes with experience in business management, supply chain distribution and business development and will be focused on site leadership, EHS, developing and growing relationships with all stakeholders, optimising commercial and operating policies, processes, and procedures.
Mr Dixon has extensive experience in livestock management, operations, and maintenance handling which will see him as the point of contact for all livestock and sale related inquiries as well as overseeing the saleyards operational and maintenance excellence, the sale day processes, and livestock.
Mr McDonald say he’ll looking at new and viable ways to grow Inverell Regional Livestock Exchange.
