Northern Tablelands MP Brendan Moylan says next year he’ll be hoping for a targeted response to curb rural crime right across the region.
Mr Moylan says a focus on the issue has been placed on Moree this year but will be aiming to expand this emphasis across the Northern Tablelands in 2025.
He says in the short-term, he’ll be looking at getting more police to the region and then looking at the justice system.
The local MP called on the state government to act on juvenile crime.
