A 51-year-old man, arrested and charged with 8 counts of intentionally sexually touching a child under 10 years of age whilst under his care, will reappear in Armidale Local Court in March for a committal hearing.
The Sydney Morning Herald reported last year the man, who worked at a long day care centre in Glen Innes at the time of the alleged offences, was arrested last October.
At the time the alleged offences took place, the man had been employed for a period of approximately 12 months.
The man, who has pleaded not guilty to all charges, appeared in court last week and remains on strict bail conditions and will reappear at Armidale Local court on March 5th
