Selected Students from both Inverell High and Macintyre High have been busy with final rehearsals for this year’s NSW Schools Spectacular with performances commencing today.
The NSW Schools Spectacular has been an iconic event since 1983, bringing together over 5,500 students performing to over 25000 people each year.
For the first time in the NSW Schools Spectacular’s 41 year history, the audition team headed out to the regions this year, including the New England, in search of Featured Artist vocalist auditions, with other roles including featured artists for instrumentalist, vocalist and backing vocalist, dance and drama ensemble as well as specialist performers.
STA FM’s own Elly Croft was one of the selected students taking part in this year’s event.
The final performances will take place at Qudos Bank Arena today and tomorrow, with the theme this year being “All 4 One”.
