Inverell F.C continued their winning form in the Northern Premier League by downing Armidale Westside 2-nil at the Sports complex on Saturday.
Alex Kaku opened the scoring in the 14th minute and that was followed with a goal in the 25th minute by Steve Toleyi.
Coach Damian Shutz says there’s still room for improvement adding they could’ve made better use of their scoring opportunities.
The team will now have a break for Easter and Anzac Day before their next game on May 3rd.
Inverell F.C will also feature in the new Regional Super League which features teams from the New England and North Coast.
They will host Woolgoolga United on May 3rd.
