Emergency services were called to a house fire in Warialda in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Just after 1:30, Police responded to reports of a house fire in Riddell Street and were joined by Fire & Rescue NSW crews who observed a single-story dwelling completely engulfed by flames.
Investigations conducted revealed the premises have been vacant for some time.
Early indications suggest the cause of the fire may have been an electrical fault; however this is to be confirmed.
