Essential Energy has launched its Community Grants program, with applications now open.
Grants up to the value of $15,000 are available for community-based initiatives supporting the environment, education, resilience or related to the energy transition and aims to support eligible community groups contributing towards positive outcomes for regional communities.
Eligible groups include not-for-profit organisations, charities and community groups located within Essential Energy’s network area.
Since 2018, Essential Energy has contributed more than $1.1 million to 1,560 community groups through their previous Community Choices and Community Halls programs.
