A big day of golf and fundraising is being planned on Sunday for the Inverell Breast Cancer Support Group’s Charity Golf Day at the Inverell Golf course.
Golfers are being asked to be at the Golf Club by 9am to organise themselves prior to the 10am shotgun start with kids also invited to participate in a driving competition which starts at 11am.
Ben Davis from the Inverell Golf Club says they’ve got three party holes with a dedicated party hole on the 12th, the Switch it up hole with Ben’s son, James, on the 6th and a trip to the Masters at Augusta for the first hole in one on the 4th.
He says if you’re not registered to play, still come out and enjoy the day.
Mr Davis confirmed a change to the online auction for 5 items, which is currently taking place on the Trend Tiles Charity Golf Day Facebook page, will now finish at 7pm tomorrow and will not run on the Golf Day.
