Kelvin Brown will be officially sworn in as a Councillor for Inverell Shire Council at today’s monthly council meeting
It follows a countback election conducted earlier this month by the NSW Electoral Commission to fill a vacant position on Council, following the resignation of former Councillor Paul Harmon.
Mr Brown and Graeme Murray, were previously unsuccessful candidates at last September’s Local Government election, nominated to participate in the countback process with Mr Brown being elected.
