Essential Energy is aware of the unplanned power outages that have impacted homes and businesses across Inverell due to flying foxes.
We want to thank customers for their patience during this time and assure the community that Essential Energy teams are on call to respond to any unplanned outages on the network at any time.
Customers are reminded to stay at least eight metres away from fallen or damaged powerlines or power poles, and report to Essential Energy immediately on 13 20 80, or if life-threatening call triple-zero.
