Areas of Copeton Dam will be closed to the public this week while NSW National Parks & Wildlife Services conducts pest control operations.
The public is advised the dam wall, and nearby facilities will remain open with signage installed in areas that are closed.
The National Parks and Wildlife Service aims to reduce the impact of feral animals on agriculture, local waterways, native plants and animals with operation to be carried out via helicopter under strict safety and animal welfare standards.
The operation will continue until this Friday
