A Gilgai horse riding school has sold a horse for $11,000 to the Outback Spectacular in QLD.
Sharon Hall from Hall Package Horse Riding school says they purchased the 5 year old Clydesdale cross gelding over 12 months ago from Armidale to use at the school but realised the horse, named ‘Bobby’, had much more to offer, noting his talent and eye catching appearance.
Ms Hall says a representative from Outback Spectacular enquired about the gelding after she advertised Bobby’s sale on a Facebook post.
She says the horse is was delivered last week to the Outback Spectacular who will put him in as a stock horse to eventually have him used for trick riding.
