Four current and former Inverell auctioneers have been shortlisted to take part in the Australian Livestock and Property Agents Association Sydney Auctioneer School and selection for next years NSW Young Auctioneer competition in Sydney.
Nash Tome from Elders Inverell and Glen Innes, Darcy Brenan from Lehman Stock and property, Luke Reynolds from J.A McGregor Inverell and Warialda and former local Will McLachlan from Elders Wagga Wagga will attend the 2 day auctioneer school this week at William Inglis at Warwick Farm
ALPA’s Peter Baldwin says 39 auctioneers are coming to the school while 27 have nominated to enter a selection phase to be considered for the John Weekes Memorial NSW Young Auctioneers competition next Easter.
He says the school will be an exceptional experience for those auctioneers attending tomorrow and Thursday as they are put through their paces, running through various modules in terms of selling various livestock.
