Inverell Legacy has raised a mammoth $21,167.28 during their recent Legacy week 2024 fundraising efforts.
Peter Kearsey from Inverell Legacy says the funds raised will go towards the support of 105 people they support including 21 children of veterans.
Mr Kearsey says Inverell Legacy funds most education and extra-currular expenses for these children and will continue to support them until they finish their education, including tertiary and vocational courses.
He paid special thanks to the Inverell air cadets and the local schools who went around town and sold merchandise during Legacy week.
