The magnificent Swan Sculpture was unveiled by Mayor of Inverell Shire Council Cr Kate Dight and Sculptor Adam Humphreys prior to the Inverell Art Prize exhibition opening.

The sculpture depicts a swan atop of rocks surrounded by 5 bullrushes on a bed of river rocks with the swan is synonymous with “Inverell”, which in the Gaelic language means “meeting place of the swans”.
