The Inverell Jockey Club have locked in five meetings for their upcoming 2024/25 season.
On a social media post, The Jockey Club says they’re eagerly anticipating their winter race day this month on Saturday, July 20, followed by their Holy Trinity Race Day on Saturday, October 19 and then the Diggers Cup meeting on Saturday, November 23.
Those meetings lead up to their two biggest meetings of the season, which arrive on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day; the latter will be headlined by the time-honoured Inverell Cup.
Meantime tickets are now on sale to be part of the $2 million The Kosciuszko with lucky slot holders winning a share of the prizemoney.
The Kosciuszko is the world’s richest race for country-trained horses over 1200 metre under set weights and penalties conditions on the same day as The TAB Everest at Royal Randwick on Saturday 19 October.
