Gwydir Shire Council has been forced to temporarily close the Warialda Soldiers Memorial Hall until further notice.
The Hall is closed after external cracks in walls were identified with Council advising they’ve engaged engineers to assess the extent of building movement and determine the scope of necessary repairs.
The Hall Street footpath is partially closed while assessments are underway.
As a result, the Hall is not available for bookings with Gwydir Shire Council to provide updates regarding reopening and future repair works
