The district’s presbyterian church community are mourning Minister of Guyra and Glen Innes Rev. Andrew Campbell who died on Tuesday evening in a farm accident.
Inverell police responded to a farming incident at a rural property in Howell in which a 76-year-old man died.
The details of the accident are unknown.
Mr Campbell spent many of his earlier years in Inverell and later in Warialda and did his high school years at Inverell high and when he semi-retired, lived on the Howell Rd where he took interest in the history of the area.
His memorial service will be held in Inverell at a date to be notified
