Inverell High School staff and Year 12 students headed to Inverell Hospital on this week to see the Belinda McGowan Foundation cuddle bed installed.
The 2025 Year 12 students held various fund raisers through the year and recently made a generous donation of $12,000, during a cheque presentation in September.
Students coordinated a car wash, an auction night and a jersey day fundraiser to raise funds for the Belinda McGowan Foundation, which aims to provide comfort to those in their final moments and their families.
Representatives from Aidacare Healthcare Equipment and the Belinda McGowan Foundation were also present to see the bed installed at Inverell Hospital.
