The Inverell Community Sewing for Charity and Sta FM have combined again to launch their Christmas Toy Drive which kicked off on the weekend.
The community are being invited to donate new toys and items to give to a child or young at heart for a better Christmas season, with items to be distributed by Rural Outreach to families in the Inverell Community.
Lorraine Brown from Inverell Community Sewing for Charity says last year, nearly $10,000 worth of toys and gifts were handed to community members facing hardship and is hoping of a repeat dose this year as many people a facing a bleak Christmas.
