NSW Fair Trading Commissioner, Ms Natasha Mann, has warned consumers not to deal with Digicat Ops Aus Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Digicat’.
Digicat is an online retailer selling a variety of goods including kitchen appliances, sporting goods, personal grooming and health care products, computer and gaming equipment, mobile phones and car accessories through the website.
Since January 2023, NSW Fair Trading has received 43 complaints about Digicat Ops Aus Pty Ltd with consumers reporting that they did not receive goods they ordered, they received the wrong item or their order was only partially filled.
Anyone who has dealt with Digicat Ops Aus Pty Ltd and is not satisfied with their interaction is urged to lodge an online complaint to NSW Fair Trading, at any Service NSW centre, or by calling 13 32 20.
