Today’s Soup in The Park event being coordinated by Rural Outreach & Support Service and Inverell Men’s Haven of Hope Initiative, has been transferred to Campbell Park.
The homelessness awareness event was initially set down for Victoria Park but the venue still is too wet to stage the event, hence the change of venue.
Emma Waters from Rural Outreach and Support Service is encouraging supportive community members to come along and attend the event to learn more about homelessness and become active in endeavoring to help people.
Soup in The Park’ will be held today from 11am -2pm at the new venue of Campbell Park
