ARTWORKS created by seventeen local youth will be displayed throughout the Inverell CBD to celebrate Youth Week 2025 in April, following a panel of volunteer judges determining the winning artworks.
The initiative is being led by local non-profit group, Regional Community Builders and funded by the New South Wales government. Project manager, Fiona Adams said close to 100 entries were received from students at Macintyre High, Ashford Central and Holy Trinity schools; as well as individual entries and home school students.
Fiona explained “The artworks selected by the judging panel will be installed on street flags in Byron and Otho Streets in Inverell from 4 April onwards to celebrate Youth Week”.
