The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called on Sunday afternoon to a property west of Guyra to airlift a woman who has sustained pelvic injuries.
Around 4pm, the chopper was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a person crushed against a fence by a horse on the property.
A woman in her 60s was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for pelvic injuries before being transported to Tamworth Base Hospital.
