Inverell RSM Rifle Club President Alistair Williams has gained selection in the NSW Target Rifle Veterans’ team that will compete at the Nationals Team Championships in Brisbane next month.
Mr Williams gained selection in the 10-man state team following a trial in Sydney in August where he competed against other prospective members from around the state.
It’s the first time the Inverell veteran shooter will represent the state and is honoured to receive the team selection.
He says it will be a highlight to represent the Inverell Club at the championships on the 15 and 16th of October.
