After some delays due to the replacement of a new pump, the Warialda Pool is now open to the public.

It comes after the pool was expected to be filled early last month and ready for use during the summer season, however the original pump failed which could not be repaired and had to be replaced.

The pump was replaced last Monday and the pool was filled and tested last Friday, with the pool opening to the public yesterday.

Gwydir Shire Council wish to thank Warialda residents for their patience and understanding, with Council continuing to give free entry to the pool to its ratepayers and residents.
