Warialda Community Health will be offering Outreach Clinics in the local area throughout the months of August and September.
The nurses will be on hand to provide services such as Weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar and oxygen level checks, Health and support information, Some basic wound care, Referrals to My Aged Care, Basic foot care for non-diabetics, Refer to a Medical Officer if needed for follow-up, Refer to Podiatrist for Diabetic foot care, Vaccinations as appropriate for Influenza, Tetanus, Whooping Cough and Diptheria as well as Updating Patient/Client details in the Health System.
Locations for the outreach clinics include Coolatai Hall, Yetman Hall, Gravesend Hall, Croppa Creek Hall and North Star Hall.
