Emergency crews were called out to Warialda just after 1:30 on Saturday afternoon following a truck roll over on Northstar Rd.
Fire and Rescue NSW Warialda Unit state upon arrival, the crew found a single stock float on its side.
The driver was able to exit the truck cab with only minor injuries but 7 of the 110 cattle on board the truck was either killed or badly injured and had to be euthanised.
The remaining cattle were released from the float and later yarded nearby by local stockman.
Investigations are continuing into the accident
