Emergency crews were called out to a house fire in Tingha on Thursday afternoon.
Just after 4:30pm, police and the NSW Rural Fire service attended the house fire in Short St with the premises suffering significant damage during the blaze.
No one was in the house at the time of the fire and is currently vacant.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious, and police believe it started by an electrical fault from either wiring or an appliance.
