The Inverell Sports Council will hold its annual Golf Day on Sunday with organisers encouraging those interested in entering a team to do so by tomorrow.
The three person Ambrose will kick off with a shotgun start at 10am with participants in line for some great prizes on the day along with the traditional meat tray raffles.
Sports Council President Simon Smith says entries a little light at the moment but expects people to start entering teams over the next 24 hours.’
He says they’re hoping to fill the greens on Sunday with the aim to raise awareness about what the Sports Council does for the community.
Entries close tomorrow and cost is $45 per person which includes lunch.
