Organisers of the Sapphire Speed Shear held at the Royal Hotel carpark on Saturday have hailed the event as a success, raising $11,750 for Centacare New England Northwest
45 Shearer’s entered the event with Jerome Taiki claiming the OPENS FINAL with a time of 28.28, SENIOR FINAL was taken out by Callan Mallise, Stephan Rodda won the INTERMEDIATE FINAL while Bailey Edwards took ou the NOVICE FINAL
Sapphire Speed Shear committee thanked everyone for making the day a huge success, adding they can’t wait to do it all again next year
