Applications for the Sapphire Wind Farm Community Fund Funding Round 2 will open next Monday, 11 August.
Twice a year, Sapphire Wind Farm invites local community organisations to submit applications for a share of funding that can be used on equipment and infrastructure purchases, repairs and renovations, and programs and events.
The Fund aims to support projects and initiatives that contribute to communities within the Inverell Shire Council local government area.
The Rotary Club of Inverell, Inverell Basketball Association, Inverell Community Youth Centre, Delungra Bowling Club and the 2025 Joeys Mini World received grants of over $10,000 from Round 1 of funding earlier this year.
The guidelines and application form are available on Council’s website with applications closing at 4.00pm on Friday, 19 September.
