The Inverell Saints are preparing for cold and blustery conditions when they travel to Armidale to tackle the New England Nomads at Bellevue Oval tomorrow in Round 12 action in the AFL Northwest competition.
A top temperature of 8* and around 20-40 mm of rain is forecast for Armidale tomorrow with this game also under threat of not going ahead.
Saints Men’s Coach Matt Harrison says after playing in the set and mud last weekend, he hopes that experience will help his side adapt to the conditions.
Meantime the Saints women are on the rebound after losing their first match of the season last week.
