Inverell RSM Club’s men’s 4s team has been crowned the Division 4 Northwest champions after defeating host team South Tamworth by 1 end on Sunday.
In a thrilling contest, the team of 12 bowlers scrapped through to win 63-62.
They now advance to the State play-off in Kempsey or South West Rocks in early August.
Meantime Glen Innes’ Division 3 team went down to South Tamworth in the final 66-55 to miss out on the Northwest Regional Championship and Regional Flag.
