The Regional Livestock Exchange, which controls the Inverell Saleyards, has written to its customers and suppliers, informing them of an upcoming important systems upgrade at RLX, which will come into effect from next week
In the Letter, RLX advises their transitioning to a new Enterprise Resource Planning platform is to support their continued growth and enhance their operational efficiency.
There will be a new look notice and format to RLX’s standard documentation, including our invoices, purchase orders and account statements but all other business and account details remain unchanged, including ABN and legal entity details, Key contact persons, Email addresses and Bank account details.
RLX state they’ve undertaken extensive planning to ensure a smooth transition, and acknowledge that any major systems change may present unforeseen challenges, adding in the event of any temporary disruption to their usual services, they will communicate people proactively and work swiftly to resolve any issues.
