A big crowd is anticipated at Varley Oval tomorrow for the local derby between the Inverell Hawks and the Tingha Tigers as part of Round 5 of the Group 19 Rugby League competition.
The Tigers are undefeated and will be keen to get back on the paddock after their game last weekend was cancelled following the departure of the Walcha Roos from the competition while the Hawks are expecting to see the return of some key players for the clash.
Hawks 1st grade coach Jamie McCormack says the Tigers go into the game as favourites, but Tigers Captain Brayden Vickery says that’s not the case.
In other round 5 matches, Glen Innes Magpies host the Guyra Superspuds at Mead Park tomorrow while on Sunday, the Uralla Tigers travel to Armidale to tackle the Narwan Eels
