New England Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Armidale.
43-year-old Kenneth Rayner was last on McBean Avenue, about 8am yesterday.
When he could not be located, officers attached to New England Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold serious concerns for his welfare.
Kenneth is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, thin build, bald with brown eyes and is known to frequent the Armidale area and
