Investigations are continuing into an accident in Inverell on Thursday evening involving a vehicle and an E=Bike.

Just after 5:30, police were called to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Warialda Road and Bannockburn Road,

Both drivers were triaged at the scene by NSW Ambulance with the rider sustaining abrasions to his hands and legs due to being thrown from the bike following the collision.

He was later conveyed to Inverell hospital with injuries deemed minor.

Investigations are continuing to establish who was at fault.
