Northern Tablelands Local Land Services advises production outlooks for the remainder of spring remain positive following the release of their latest seasonal update.
Despite rainfall during October being below average in the west and average to slightly above average in the east, the Dept of Primary Industries & Regional Development Drought Forecast suggests that the region is likely to remain in the Non-Drought category until the end of January next year.
The Update also reveals that plant greenness levels are near average to above average across most of the region for the August to October period.
