Political Party One Nation has announced its federal candidate for the New England who will stand at this year’s federal election.
The Northern Daily Leader reports Brent Larkham, a musician by trade, but also runs a mechanic and car yard in Tamworth, will go head to head with incumbent Barnaby Joyce.
Mr Larkham says he will kick start a tour of the New England, visiting various towns within the electorate, including Inverell and will be singing the national anthem at each location.
He says Mr Joyce should be with the One Nation ranks because a lot of what he says is so aligned with them, even if they aren’t always aligned with National party policies
