Throughout this month, McDonald’s restaurants across Northern NSW and the Central Coast are raising essential funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern New South Wales through selling $2 Charity Bikes.
Charity Bikes are available at 81 participating Macca’s restaurants including Glen Innes and Inverell in conjunction with the 21st annual Ride for Sick Kids – a major fundraising event hosted by Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW, which kicked off from Newcastle on Monday.
By purchasing a $2 Charity Bike to a Macca’s order, you’re helping provide a home away from home so families can be together near the vital treatment their sick child needs
All funds raised will help Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW continue to support seriously ill or injured children and their families through providing access to programs such as Ronald McDonald Houses, Family Rooms, Family Retreats and the Ronald McDonald Learning Program.
Their goal is to reach $250,000, which is equivalent to 1,562 nights of accommodation, and currently have raised almost $122,000,
